After having car jump started, went to Scott Chevrolet to have battery checked, Tire monitoring System checked (message displayed) and Stability tracking system checked (message displayed). Battery tested bad and was replaced, one tire sensor tested bad and was replaced and Stability Tracking System tested OK message was due to low battery voltage. Car was scheduled quickly for same day after call to Scott Chevrolet and work completed satisfactory in short time. Thank you.

Very fast service took right away

I got my truck serviced. Inspection, engine oil and transmission fluid flushed. Good price and quick turn around. Would recommend and I will be back.

For the most part it was good. Negotiations and paperwork went well. Shawn was great to deal with and Eric in finance was great. Kareem was good for the most part but we waited over an hour for the car to be brought up to the sales area from being cleaned. He told us it was ready before we got there and it wasn’t. Other than that we enjoyed our experience. It is our second new car from Scott.

I was so happy to get my car serviced with you. I kept losing antifreeze. I was told on October 3 that they couldn't see me until October 13. I dropped the car off on October 6 because I didn't want to do more damage. I was so happy to hear they squeezed me in on the 9th and repaired my car. I still work so it was a necessity. Thank you again Chris.

The sales rep we had was very pleasant. He was very helpful and explained a lot to us. We stopped back at the dealership the next day with questions and he took care of us.

I drop my car off early in the morning for a simple oil change, tire, rotation, and an annual inspection. Normally, I hear from the service department when the work is completed but in this case I didn’t, so I called to try and get a status late in the day. No one answered my call or returned my call so I drove to check on the status and was told that they were just wrapping it up. It would be another 20 to 30 minutes. This caused me to make another return trip to pick it up later in the evening when it was finally done.The service manager did take some money off my bill to make up for the inconvenience, but I’m not sure why such an easy service appointment took the whole day in the first place.

This was my 2nd vehicle purchased at Scott Cars. I would not want to go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.

I ordered a 2026 Corvette and everyone was so helpful in helping me attain my goal. The building is set up very nicely and the car was perfect when it arrived They explained a lot of the car's operations but I was led to a tutorial page online to familiarize myself with the many buttons and screens.

The salesperson, Kareem, who helped me had reached out to me several times about my lease that was nearing its end. I made an appointment with him on Presidents Day because I had the day off, and luckily the dealership was having some special offers. He was extremely helpful and very personable and knowledgeable. He had a vehicle in mind for me but when I saw the Marine Blue Trax I asked about it, and we compared both vehicles. I ended up leasing the Marine Blue Trax to replace the 2022 silver Trax whose lease was ending. Eric, who prepared the paperwork for me, had worked with me on my previous lease, is also easy to work with, and very pleasant and friendly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and was happy with both my new vehicle and the terms of my lease.

Once again, the gentlemen in the service department were exceptional. Timely, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. Took care of my last minute engine light issue and squeezed me in that same day when I left a message begging for them to take me. They always take really good care of me and my car. They deserve the 5/5 stars. However, as wonderful as they are, the woman who schedules for service is consistently rude and condescending, often dismissing your worries about your car and its safety. Odd that the service team members themselves could manage to care and find time for my car, but she can't...My mother and I have both been Scott Chevy customers for some time now, having worked with Mr. Saleeze and Mr. Sell in the past. All of our experiences with Scott Chevy have been wonderful - except when interacting with her. Please note that the woman who typically answers at the dealership and transfers you to the appropriate department is also delightful and helpful.

As always, I found the team at Scott to be very friendly and helpful in keeping my car working as it’s supposed to. One minor issue this time was they never called me when the ordered part came in. After waiting a couple weeks, I had to call to inquire about it. They said the part was there and they didn’t know why I wasn’t informed. Not a huge deal to me since my car was still drivable.

Many thanks to the Service Team at Scott Chevy (Allentown PA) for getting me in for a quick battery change on 2-14-26. The 5 year old AC Delco battery on my 2016 Colorado pick-up no longer held a charge beyond 6 days, so it was time for a change. When I called for an appointment, they surprised me and offered to just come on in the same morning. Much appreciated!

Service was able to schedule my vehicle quickly. They diagnosed the issue and gave me upfront pricing, they had the vehicle repaired the next day. After picking up the vehicle and returning home, I noticed there was more oil leaking from underneath the car. I contacted the service department and they went above and beyond. They scheduled a tow truck to pick the vehicle up. They found the new problem and made the necessary repairs. The service department/techs did a fantastic job!

My son-in-law took the car down to get it done because I can’t drive it and it seems like he got what I needed and everything was taken care of. I didn’t find out though if I got the senior discount for it though.

Chris Rapp is excellent every time. Car service went fine. I will suggest one thing because it’s not the first time. In this case the tech should be reminded or talked with . He needs to set displays back to how I brought the car in. I only rated this occasion a 5 because of Chris Rapp. If on the tech it would have been a 1.

This time around I had an unscheduled visit. I had to jump start my car at work and the service department got me in that same day and took care of me. As always, everything was checked completely and the battery had to be replaced. The battery was in my car for 2 years and 8 months so I was only charged for the labor. I was very pleased. The shuttle service continues to take good care of my transportation also.

Many thanks to Chris, Eric and the shop crew for their quick fix of the flat tire on my 2016 Chevy Colorado. The tire dash display indicated fast loss of tire PSI (left rear) as I passed by the Scott dealership on Lehigh St. and I turned into the Service Dept to ask for help. They were able to save the tire with a simple plug-fix. Much appreciated! That's definitely what you call "service after the sale".

Chris is outstanding

Chris was able to schedule AC service on my vehicle on short-notice to replace a leaking front-to-rear AC line. The repair took about a day and the cost was about what I was expecting for a labor intensive job. Chris’ communication with me was proactive, providing me a repair estimate and letting me know approximately when the repair would be completed. Scott Chevy also uses an e-mail notification ‘app’ ad well to keep their customers informed of service work progress.

My daughter, a college student, took the car in for routine oil / tire service prior to driving back to college. I called /requested to check rear wiper fuses etc as it was not working... My daughter incurred a $200.00 diagnostic fee on her invoice, which no one in service asked /warned us, noting that she was physically present at the dealership or contact me telephonically, as to whether this diagnostic should have been executed based on the cost or your standard diagnostic fee... I am not happy as to how this was handled as a loyal patron, purchasing the car there and servicing for the past 6 years. And even more disappointed that an inexperienced, college student would be dealt with in this manner. She does not have a good impression of the lack of transparency in this transaction. I called and verbally shared our disappointment and suggested corrective action...communication is critical to customer service. Sincerely Peter Morales

Great Service

The pricing is not understood. For example, I was told I am charged for oil change AND tire rotation. However, it is their discretion whether to rotate tires or Not. Why charged but work ordered AND paid for may or may not be executed. After owning upto 30 NEW cars, I NEVER faced such ridiculousness. Not other chevy dealership either.

Definitely very glad I decided to wait to find the right car AND the right dealer.

Problem was a check engine light. Has been in 3 times over last 2 weeks. The problem still has not been fixed. And while in your possession the radiator went, costing me 1800$. For 13 years ive only ever taken my vehicles here for service. I will never take another vehicle here again. Or buy one from here again

I had no problem with my purchase of a new 2027 Equinox. The salesman Joe Sierra was very helpful, patient and professional. Unfortunately as a customer of a new vehicle, I was not able to check out before my purchase the excessive technical operating choices on today's new dashboard formats. Frankly, I find there is too much selecting on the operating screen where before on my 2024 Equinox trade in, a few dashboard buttons simplified the finding and selecting a driving operation. Joe Sierra has been very helpful showing and teaching me how to handle the new technology but I feel that the concept "simpler is better" has been lost on the new Chevy Equinox for 2027. At this point I must keep the car but I am not happy with all the screen switching. It does ride well.
