Military Rebate Eligibility at Scott Chevrolet

Eligible Military personnel include:

• Active Duty members
• Reservists
• National Guard members
• Veterans (within one year of discharge date)
• Retirees of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard (includes spouses)

The following documentation is required for Military Rebate approval:

• Active Duty, Reserves and National Guard Members:
  • Valid Authorization Number
  • Current (within the last 30 days) copy of the Participant's Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) with all information redacted except the date of the statement, Participant's name (payee) and DFAS (payer).
  • Copy of the Participant's driver's license with the license number redacted.
• Retirees:
  • Valid Authorization Number
  • Current (within the last 30 days) copy of the Participant's Retiree Account Statement or Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) with all information redacted except the date of the statement, Participant's name (payee) and DFAS (payer).
  • Copy of the Participant's driver's license with the license number redacted.
• Veterans within one year of discharge date:
  • Discharge Papers (e.g., DD-214, WD AGO 53, WD AGO 55, WD AGO 53-55, NAVPERS 553, NAVMC 78PD or NAVCG 553).
  • Copy of the Participant's driver's license with the license number redacted.
