Chevy Silverado 1500

The Chevy Silverado 1500 comes standard with a 4.3-liter V6 that produces 285 horsepower and 305 lb-ft, so you know you’re getting a powerful truck. It also has exceptional towing and hauling ability.

When properly equipped, it can tow up to 13,300 pounds and haul up to 2,280 pounds. Hitch guidance and a trailer sway controller can be added to help make towing easier.

There is also a 3.6-liter V6 that will give you 308 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. The base model can tow up to 3,500 pounds, which isn’t too shabby, but the V6 takes that up to 7,000 pounds.

You will also be able to haul up to 1,578 pounds when your truck is properly equipped. The Chevy Colorado comes with two different bed sizes: 5-foot-2 inches or 6-foot-2 inches.
